TERMS OF USE AND MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
Article 1 - PARTIES
This Terms of Use and Membership Agreement ("Agreement") has entered into force electronically between the company whose information is provided below ("Company" or "Seller") and the user ("User" or "Buyer") who visits, becomes a member of, or shops at TrendBox360.com ("Website").
Article 2 - SUBJECT AND SCOPE OF THE AGREEMENT
The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties during the review, ordering, and purchasing processes of the services offered through the Company's TrendBox360.com, particularly men's and women's sports and leather shoe models and related ancillary products.
Article 3 - RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE USER
The User declares and undertakes that the personal and other information provided while registering on the Website is correct before the law, and that they will compensate the Company in full and immediately for all damages incurred due to the untruthfulness of this information.
The User cannot give the password they created to other persons or organizations; the usage right and security of the password belong personally to the User.
The User accepts in advance to comply with the provisions of the legal legislation and not to violate them while using the Website.
Stock status and prices of products made through purchases on the Website can be updated instantly. The User acknowledges that the product added to their cart does not carry a price or stock guarantee, and the transaction is finalized with payment confirmation.
Article 4 - RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE COMPANY
The Company reserves the right to change the contents, prices, campaign conditions of the products offered under the TrendBox360.com brand and the design of the Website without prior notice.
The Company has taken measures within current possibilities to ensure that the Website is free from viruses and similar malicious software. However, ensuring final security is the responsibility of the User.
The Company cannot be held responsible for the interruption of access to the Website due to technical failures or force majeure.
Article 5 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The brands, logos, shoe designs, texts, visuals, and software codes on the Website are the property of TrendBox360.com. They cannot be copied or used for commercial purposes without the written permission of the Company.
Article 6 - PRIVACY AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The Company processes personal data provided by Users in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6698 (KVKK). For detailed information, the "KVKK Clarification Text" and "Cookie Policy" on the Website are applicable.
Article 7 - RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
Turkish Law shall apply to disputes that may arise from the application of this Agreement, and Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized. For consumer transactions, Consumer Arbitration Committees are authorized according to the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
Article 8 - ENFORCEMENT
The User making a membership registration or shopping as a guest through the Website means that they accept this Agreement. This Agreement has entered into force with the electronic approval of the User.
